EFiX Lets you Install OS X on any pc

Saturday, June 14th, 2008 |

hackintosh pc

EFiX is the best solution for installing and using Mac OS X on your PC.
It allows its user to install Mac OS X straight from the original DVD without having to worry about patches,
replacing files and anything like that.

That means you can buy a regular PC, Mac OS X and EFiX and enjoy what the Mac users have always enjoyed:
unmodified Mac OS X on your computer, safe, easy and fast, exactly the way it should be.

The development of EFiX took a lot of time.
During the development phase, we had to deal with various problems, including sabotage.
This process also involved testing, which has been conducted for the last 6 months in production environments.

Industry leading professionals(who work for TV stations, recording studios and many others) rely on EFiX and Mac OS X running on standard PC hardware to get their tasks done.

EFiX is in the final testing phase.
All the testing has went far better than what we expected and the testers have given positive feedback.

Sunday, February 17th, 2008 |

yakkle

You may have used an instant messaging tool like AIM or Yahoo Chat or Google Talk and know that you can send text messages to your family, friends, co-workers and associates. Yakkle does instant messaging too, but it also allows you to use your PC to transmit your voice to your friends and to share your desktop with them all from within a single application. It’s kind of a triple-play. Now you can connect with anyone on the internet, send them a “hi”, speak with them using superb sound quality and show them anything you have on your PC, like photos or documents. You can even let them control your mouse and keyboard from their computer.

You can register for a Yakkle account for free, but you don’t necessarily need one to use the application. You can also login using a Jabber or Gmail user name and ID.

Yakkle is Windows XP and Vista only for now, and requires Java to run.

Saturday, February 16th, 2008 |

Is it True FotoFlexer is Photoshop Competitor?

If there’s one thing we love more than an image editing application with a ton of features, it’s an image editing application with a ton of features that are incredibly easy to use. And FotoFlexer seriously fits the bill. Much like Picnik, Splashup, and PikiFX, FotoFlexer is an online image editor.

Web-based image editing is all the rage, and FotoFlexer is looking to better compete in the rather crowded market. The company has just announced free, professional tools for its web-based image editing service, called FotoFlexer Pro.

Convert your PDF fles to flash in easy way

Thursday, February 14th, 2008 |

pdf to flash

If you are pdf die hard user you must think about this. Now, you can convert your pdf files to flash file with this cool way.
By the way, the truth of the matter is that opening PDF files using the Adobe Acrobat plugin for Firefox or Internet Explorer can be a bit of hassle. It often takes a long time to open the file, and their browsers are rendered pretty much useless while they wait.

Enter PdfMeNot. Like Scribd, DocStoc, and Issuu, PdfMeNot instantly converts PDF files into Flash media that can be quickly loaded in any web browser. You can either embed the Flash image on your site or offer readers a download link to the original PDF file. And you can convert files that are already online by entering a URL or upload files from your desktop.

PdfMeNot, which was developed by the folks behind BugMeNot and RetailMeNot, has a few tricks up its sleeve that other services lack. For example, if you want to view any online PDF as a Flash image, just enter http://pdfmenot.com/view/ before the URL. For example, http://pdfmenot.com/view/http://test.com/document.pdf.

The coolest trick comes in the form of a browser bookmarklet. All you have to do is drag this boomarklet to your browser toolbar and any time you visit a site with links to PDF documents, click the bookmarklet. Every PDF link on the page will be converted to a Flash link, saving you the frustration of dealing with PDF documents online.

PdfMenot is in private beta until Thursday. Until then, you can login to the site with the username “stateless” and the password “system.”
